Accommodation.
The Lodge, purpose built in 1995, has three guest bedrooms. The deluxeTop Room is on the third floor. The log staircase arrives at a mezzanine floor which, apart from a relaxing area, has a magnificent panoramic view of Mt. Egmont/Taranaki. Off the mezzanine floor is the main large timber panelled bedroom with King size bed. The en-suite has heated bubble bath, twin vanity unit and imported Swiss closomat (bidet/toilet).
Double and twin rooms with en suites are situated on the second floor.Rooms on this floor open out onto a balcony overlooking native bush with many rimus and kahikateas. The balcony is a sun trap of the first cup of tea of the day. You can hear the chorus of many tuis and bellbirds as they make the most of the flourishing native bush surrounds. At night you can hear the kiwi and morepork call.
